Guests also have access to Emerald Beach Resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, Skybar, poolside tiki bar and direct beach access.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. • All Tower 1 vehicles must be registered through the resort’s guest-registration system. Unregistered vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Detailed registration and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in. • No pets, smoking, parties, or events. • Resort quiet hours are 11:00 p.m.–10:00 a.m. • Guests age 13 and older must wear the required ID armband when using resort facilities and amenities. • Pools and hot tubs are open from 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers or food are permitted on pool decks. • Private charcoal, electric, or gas grills are prohibited. Guests may use the resort-provided grills located near the pool. • Climbing or leaning over balcony railings and throwing anything from the balcony are strictly prohibited. Guests must follow all posted Emerald Beach Resort Tower 1 rules. •Tower 1 requires all guest vehicles to be registered before arrival. The mandatory resort registration fee is $25 per reservation and covers up to two vehicles. Guests must complete the online registration and print and display one parking pass in each vehicle. Unregistered vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. • Resort ID armbands are required for guests ages 13 and older when using the pools and other amenities. Armbands are provided inside the condo and must remain in the unit after checkout. The primary booking guest must be 25 years old and must remain at the property throughout the reservation.
